Transformation from One Man Army (Entrepreneur) to General s Army (Team)

Hi All,

It has been consistent learning during my embrace with entrepreneurship. Following is one of my experience

I found that being on top of the pyramid we become to busy to control everything with our self or we obsessed with our business. Similar was the case with me i was too occupied and want to do everything by myself. I prepared the team and find some good and bad persons. People starts moving in and out from company and then I really find few good members of team i will consider them very close to me now.

My wife, My old Friend, one fresher engineer and one Electronics engineer start moving up in the company and they have just taken all the work load they have pressurized me to hand over the jobs to them which were not supposed to do by myself and they start giving the results better than what I was doing. customer was more happy, accounts were well maintained and next level of team is more motivated now.

Sometimes you achieve the targets which are being done by the team and you just watch and proud to give them the platform to take decisions and accomplish the missions.

Now i have again become the creator or start up guy to produce the next challenge to my team, after all they are the runners and finishers I am just giving a healthy start.

Every creator is not a good runner. As soon as you find your weakness, faster you can win over them.
