Hi All,
Couple of years back, based on the recommendations from one of sequoia capital’s associate we have used Citrus Pay for one of our premium client.
Now since the client is enhancing and upgrading the portal we keep requiring support for Citrus Pay. I understand that the team which was involved earlier for us to support does not exist and probably new set of team is delivering the service.
With so much of difficulty, we were able to get some support and it remains an herculean task to reach out to these guys over phone / mobile / e-mail. This is the most critical times and from Morning I am trying to reach support / technical teams including the management. But in Vain.
Niether our Client were able to reach them out. I need help in the following areas:
1) Urgently reach out to some one at Citrus Pay to fix the current issues to ensure business continuity of our clients especially when Diwali is around.
2) Can someone throw light on the status of the Company? Is it reliable to depend on them for long terms association or would you advise to Move to other PG solutions like PayU or CCAvenue?
Since it is business Critical I request to help me out immediately.

Firstly, My apologize for the little delay in updating this thread.
Secondly, My very very special thanks to Alok and Asha for the kind of support, guidance and their relentless efforts to help and assist entrepreneurs in their challenges and also the whips that they give you to perform when one fails.
Thirdly, “The RodinHoods”, it is there for me every-time, whenever I am in trouble, turmoils and agony assisting in a timely manner. Thanks to one and all. Special thanks to Chetan and Dharsan. Yet again the forum stood with me for what I really required.
Last but not the least, I had to thank the leadership at Citrus Pay Mr.Satyen, Founder/MD for following it up with me personally and taking every effort to understand the problems that I have faced and address them immediately. I do understand that it is difficult for the leadership team to monitor every individual stakeholders of the company. But, I have realized that Mr.Satyen has taken Cognizance of the importance of imparting ownership and instilling the responsibility in every team member of Citrus, is very appreciable. Quiet a lot, I have learned from the entire interaction and looking forward for a much better and stronger relationship.
I do agree that such disconnects are common while chasing hardcore dreams but acknowledge the intentions exhibited by Citrus Pay and my best wishes to Mr.Satyen and his team.
