How does one deal with employees who quit and continue to use the name of the previous company ?
Their profiles keeps reflecting additional months of employment, even when they have quit ( good or bad note ).
Has anyone else faced it ? This is typical in Linked in profiles. They block you, their ex – employers and continue using the name of the company to network !!!

Gud question, I believe the a simple solution for this could be putting the ex-employee name in alumni / ex-employees section on company’s website.
If anyone comes to your site searching / confirming the actual status of that person who is actually faking then he / she will get to know about it.
Scaled organizations doesn’t gets effected by this but yes some of the SMEs may get.
