We are a small digitial advertising and services company based in Gurgaon, and are looking to add a full time web developer / programmer to our team.
2-5 years of relevant work experience in developing websites / web based applications on the following technologies:
PHP/MySQL
CSS / /Javascript / HTML5 / Photoshop
WordPress theme building / customization experience.
Basically someone who loves working on the web and has experience in building websites on their own.
Some key traits that will definitely sway us in your favour:
Attitude: A positive one
Willingness to learn and make things happen
Sense of humour (and someone who doesnt take life too seriously)
Qualifications: Its great if you are from a good college, but frankly, we dont really give a damn where you graduated from or what your grades were like in school.
Job Perks
We would love to list a boat load of perks here but we are still pretty small and havent had the time to draw up a formal HR policy.
What this means is that we are pretty flexible and can work towards reasonable stuff.
Wantapreneurship: Do you have a dormant (or active) entreprenurial streak inside you ? Have an idea but havent had the time or support to implement it.
Apart from providing services to our clients, we are also developing some services/products of our own, which you will have a chance to work on.
If we like your idea, we would be happy to bootstrap and accelerate it.
