What really makes you a Rodinhood?

You will get the answer once you enter the hall – the jam packed one. No one is really bothered about where he/she is seated – on the floor or on chairs, or for that matter standing for 2 hours at a stretch. Wherever they are, they are quite comfortable. All they can feel is lucky enough to find a space.

What you see right away at a single glance is ‘energy’ that’s wide-spread and ‘enthusiasm’ that’s being shared. Everything else here comes secondary.

You imagine yourself as a person who is blessed to have been able to make it to the venue – staring at some figures inspiring you to the core.

Here it’s not about presentations being made but the change that you could possibly visualize the person bringing to your life. It is neither about the people whom you have met, but the conversation you have struck with them. It is not at all about how much time you have spent for that meet, but rather about how that would affect the times ahead.

Just in case I missed the main thing, The Delhi Rodinhood Open House was all about meeting, interacting and connecting with Thinkers cum Doers.

The presentations made were not usual either given the fact that you had just 5 minutes and 5 slides to put across your idea. From noble cause like Angel Guard initiated by branding expert Amit K Mishra to Value Munch started by a young enthusiast Jaisal Rathee and not to forget the Connect4career started by Jeet Sharma who combined a noble cause of getting job opportunities across to those in small cities, all three presentations stirred minds and made us think.

The initiator to all this, Alok ji makes his presence simply inevitable by giving his inputs, sharing his experiences, giving your ideas a push taking them further and sometimes ends up doing a quick calculation of how much is the idea feasible right there at the moment. If you have ever met him, I need not say what he really is for us, Rodinhooders. And if you haven’t ever met him, I possibly can’t sum up his persona in words.

Dear Asha Chaudhary, you were a gem of a person I have met and I could really see your energy level complementing the entire event. We hope to have you every time here in Delhi. Akancha just made the random energy steer towards a definite direction by organizing things stupendously. Gurpreet ji and Gurleen ji, you are stars. And meeting Mr. Suresh Mansharamani and his stunningly beautiful wife, Mrs. Uma Mansharamani was like meeting propagators of positivity!

Kudos to everyone out there. And really really a BIG BIG thanks for making Delhi Rodinhood Mixer a dream come true!
