It can be an interesting case for famed and praised – Social Media ‘Marketing’.
Following is the post which I made on Fun Cinemas Wall few minutes earlier.
I just bought two tickets for the movie Shanghai, at Fun Cinemas – V3S Mall, New Delhi (East) for June 9, 2012 (tomorrow).
‘Unfortunately’, I need to go to an urgent meeting, out of town, this evening. When I checked out any method to cancel these tickets, I found these lines:
“Q4. I have made a booking for a wrong show / wrong centre by mistake!
Unfortunately, once booked, the tickets are non refundable. However, you may choose to gift these tickets to someone.”,
its located at https://www.funcinemas.com/FunCinemaFAQ.aspx.
I seriously was not aware of this clause. I mean, it has never happened with me, for the last 4 years.
Now, is there any solution for me?

@Abhimanyu: Thanks a lot for the suggestion 🙂 But I was finally able to exchange the tickets for a new domain from one of my Facebook friends..
However, the issue here is the failure of Social media ‘marketing’ channel of Fun Cinemas.. till date, I haven’t received any reply from their end..
