What do you do when you have a cushy job but feel the scope is shrinking and you are slowly getting sidelined by the management? Do we have the guts to throw what we have and begin all over, proving to yourself (that’s most important) and proving to the world that you have the guts and the skills to validate your worth? The other alternative seems improbable — that is negotiating with the management or shrinking till you are no longer seen or heard. Or is that called the patience route?
